Colton Ryan, 25, made his Broadway debut in Dear Evan Hansen in 2016, understudying Ben Platt in the title role, as well as the characters Jared Kleinman and Connor Murphy.

Ryan's now joined the cast of the upcoming Stephen Chbosky-helmed film adaptation of the musical, in the role of Connor, a troubled student who's a catalyst for the musical's plot. The Kentucky born actor began his training at the School for the Creative and Performing Arts, going on to pursue his undergraduate degree in the Baldwin Wallace Music Theatre Programme at Baldwin Wallace University. He currently plays Samuel in Apple TV+'s Little Voice, and appeared in Broadway’s Girl From the North Country up until the theatreland shutdown due to Covid-19.
